Took my friend from Ireland around BGC, Manila, introduced her to some street food starting with my person favourite, takoyaki. She asked me what it was, and I couldnt put this street food monstrosity into words. The way they make it here means that when it gets to you, it’s indecipherable. Had cravings, this was so cheap and so sketchy that it was instant yes for me. I’m convinced there wasn’t a drop of real cheese in that. At least my MSG tolerance is up!
